Fixing stuff

I keep importing LJ entries when I don't want to. And now I've got duplicates of almost all my entries. I really don't want to delete ALL imported content with that one fix-around because it'll be a pain re-fixing what I've edited, etc., if it deletes tweaked imported content too.

I've at least cleaned up my review section, I think. Everything else will probably remain as-is.
