After reading all of this, from beginning to end, and loving the whole 'I'm Spartacus!' scene that Bulk & Skull started-I'm pleased with how well those two turned out from the bully-like beginning to their running Bulkmeyer's in Forever Red-in part 2 of Countdown to Destruction, I think I'd be doing your entire piece a disservice if I didn't watch RPM-if only on YouTube. ^^
As to why this music isn't on a soundtrack, I'd say copyrights between Saban and Disney got lost somewhere and it needs to be discovered. Perhaps inside an intergalactic chamber...?
Just maybe the RPM Rangers will find, as a song that was played in Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie, hope for the world.
