What if it was for Megaforce?

that would make a lot of sense. that Megaforce wasn't using powers of their own. It would certainly make Super Megaforce have more sense

Unfortunately, KO-35's Ranger team needed it 15 years earlier than Zordon intended, leaving Gosei to rush together new weapons
Keycards control the Mega Voyager--they'd be the prototype to the Ranger Cards

Hell, I can see Leo looking over producting of the Gokai Galleon and saying, "You know, that'll really come in handy if someone gets stuck in the Lost Galaxy again and runs into all those space pirates." With TJ and Andros agreeing

Also, the more I watch Go-Busters, the more I realize that you can only use the zord stuff and maybe some of the suit acting. Everything else HAS to be filmed. Especially Jin and J stuff

Andros fucked up EVERYTHING

Because KO-35 was under attack and he was short on options

Had things gone perfectly, Andros and Zhane wouldn't have needed to leave KO-35--I'm still convinced that everything is because of the Barillian Bugs
It looks like KO-35's planetary defense was pretty damn well armed and prepared
But with the devastation to the population after the Barillian Bugs, it left them weak against Dark Specter's attack
Hell, I even get the feeling Zhane lost his family somewhere during the attacks--in the finale, he HUGS the commander like they're family, and there's no indication earlier that they're related or even know each other
The guy probably adopted him while he stayed and fought with them
Andros has no idea what happened to his and Karone's parents, but we can reasonably assume they died, since there's never any reunion

The Mega Voyager was clearly meant for Earth Rangers--why else would it be in the same solar system?
Jupiter is JUST far enough away from the moon that Rita and Zedd won't know about it, but still close enough that the Rangers can get there easily
And the only other Zordon-based teams with red, black, blue, yellow, and pink are the originals and Megaforce
And Zordon never used them for MMPR
So he must have told Gosei to save them for Megaforce

Every preparation made in case of an alien invasion? Has already been used up from the LAST major invasion

and it took like what, 15 years to rebuild and resupply?

Teleportation, for example
Hell, if we include teleportation and its side effects as a plot point in the Go-Busters adaptation, there's a perfect justification--we've been working on the technology, but without Eltarean help (ie Zordon or Gosei), it's DANGEROUS

The Mega Rangers always were meant to be the counterparts of Megaranger. Space beat them to it
So that means that the Mega Rangers now have to be the counterparts of the Sentai who were flying higher than ever before
