Hilariously, I didn't recognize the Agito guy until after I read the end note, and I've just finished watching that series in its entirety a month ago. And I considered "A New Transformation" one of the highlights of the series. It certainly isn't when Beauty Beast Kemp's actor (Yutaka Hirose) cameos as the Worst Policeman In Rider Ever (not spoiling because I don't think the TV-N subs you watch have gotten to his cameo in episodes 49-50 I believe).
Seriously, I heard that guy dropped out of Toku after that role and stated he didn't like the direction Tokusatsu was going at that point, and I have to wonder if the sheer ridiculous terribleness that was that role made him decide that. A shame if it was.
