Technically wikis claim that the guy (Professor Yoshihiko Misugi) that Shouichi (as in the Agito Shouichi, that gets so confusing) stays with it a psychology professor as well, but they only ever used him as a sounding board for weird paranormal stuff.
Agreed that a lot of Riders could need some help from therapists. See almost everyone in Ryuki, Tachibana and Mutsuki from Blade (for the love of god), Another Agito and Gills in Agito... (and pretty much 2/3+ the Rider cast of any series. He must be busy.)
