akinoameSo Koda is the Power Rangers version of Gentaro. Good to know. Also kinda surprised that he's not shipped more. I mean, you've already got room to ship him with Chase, now with Riley...Koda needs more lovin'.
Second, an open letter to Power Rangers: Please. Stop doing the surprise party plot. You've done it for over 20 years, and it's always the same thing--everyone looks like an asshole because they're throwing a surprise party and pretending that they don't remember. And for Riley, this is especially torturous. His mom and brother are probably a couple states away, and he doesn't have a single call from them. You really have the Rangers convincing them to play along with this? Really? Even leaving out the whole severed bonds of friendship thing borrowed from Magiranger, this is just cruel, okay? If you want to keep doing the surprise party plot, you need to change how you do it. Surprise Riley by having his family come visit. Surprise Riley by having a small party first, then throwing a bigger one later. Just...this was unnecessarily mean. And the fact that they had to swear Koda to secrecy...
All I'm saying is Yoshi Sudarso and Brennan Mejia's backflips did not make up for that at all.
