Okay, so it's taking me a very long time to catch up to Heisei Rider--long enough that Takeshi Hongo is back. And Takumi and Kusaka. And apparently Shinji. And Tsukasa again. And Shotaro, but let's face it--he never left.
So now that I've just ordered a couple of DVDs and they're on their way, I'm officially announcing that I will begin reviewing Power Rangers in Space within the next few months, all while marathonning Kamen Rider (still in the middle of Blade, and I hope to knock out a couple more episodes tomorrow--I just happened to be busy today).
This is really going to be an interesting review, given that my opinions on it have ended up all over the place after RPM and Lost Galaxy. This is the season that was considered the best of the best of the best, and 16 years later, it's time to see if it still lives up to that assessment.
Decade will follow, then RPM (which will be tougher, since I have the only two volumes released thusfar, have no intention of spending a shitload of money for the huge DVD set, need to wait and see if it'll hit ebay like PRiS/LG did for a reasonable price, and failing all of that, watch Netflix), and finally Go-Busters, with Toei movie reviews and probably the Super Megaforce reaction post mixed in. No idea yet if I'll want to review any other shows I've enjoyed (example, going back and doing W, OOO, Fourze or Gaim).
