Why is there so much stuff that looks great and I want to buy, but I don't have enough money for it all?

There is a chance I will buy myself a necklace from a middleman service and some fabric from Etsy, but there's also a ring on Etsy that's on sale but I am undecided on, but the stone is pretty...
