Legendary Battle

1. Carter just lifted that beam all by himself when two people couldn't. Carter is once again more badass than you.
2. How is that guy with the beam only Carter can lift not hurt? I mean, there should AT LEAST be broken bones or something. All you did was check his heart! That doesn't tell you if he's unhurt! I hate having to call bullshit on your medical training every time, Dana, but bullshit.
3. Aww, the kid Leo helped is named Danny. Just the smile on his face as he says, "Nice names."
4. Of course Leo knows what to do. In his backstory, he was caught up in "Countdown to Destruction" and watched the Space Rangers save everybody.
5. Did those people in the elevator recognize TJ and Cassie or not? Hard to tell. I can understand no one recognizing Carter and Dana outside of Mariner Bay, since that's about the only place where they were public-identity, but c'mon. The Space Rangers revealed their identities to the entire planet. SOMEONE on that elevator had to recognize them.
6. Tommy's appearance is as ridiculous as always when JDF returns for an anniversary. But seriously, did that kid's parents ABANDON him in that car as it was about to go over the edge?
7. Yes. Love seeing Damon and Wes. But OH KARONE! Oh god, this must be so hard on her, considering she was the CAUSE of it last time and I'm going to write a million fics now, aren't I?
8. Troy regained his acting ability and takes the stand I wish Andros would have taken, but no.
9. Oh god, the civilians are going to fight with whatever they have! Like C2D without the Rangers even having to be there to inspire them! Headcanon is somewhere out there, Bulk is leading a small army while Skull and Spike take another wherever they are now.
10. "Can you land this time without crashing?" NOPE. Bye, bye Free Joker.
11. I admire the Armada's attention to safety. There are warning posters in the Gigant Horse reading, "Note the leakage of oxygen." They may be a terrifying force out to destroy and conquer the entire galaxy, but damnit, they aren't going to wind up with a lawsuit on their hands for occupational hazards!
12. You know what? On second thought, Troy turning the Gigant Horse's weapons on the Armada is much more impressive than Marvelous. Because Marvelous would have done it any time he had the chance. For Troy, this is a geniuine SURPRISE.
13. Excuse me. FUCK YEAH! THEY WENT ANDROS AND ZHANE MODE! GALAXY GLIDERS! OH GOD, OH GOD, OH GOD YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH THIS MEANS, IN THE EPISODE ITSELF AND ITS OVERALL MEANING TO ME AT LEAST AS A FAN WITH PRIS BEING MY FIRST SEASON AND OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD.
14. They just demorphed. I need a moment.
15. RYAN! In suit only, but yay, Titanium Ranger!
16. Uh, did someone break Ryan's helmet? The mouthpiece shouldn't be visible through the visor, and if the visor was retracted to reveal the mouthpiece, we SHOULD be able to see his face, and of course, Rhett Fisher was canceled on.
17. But I do appreciate that he's standing right between his sister and her probable boyfriend.
18. ...No, really. WHY has Troy had dreams of this battle?
19. Still curious how Dairanger's there, er, Legendary Squadron.
20. Dude. Robo Knight is DEAD. Do Rangers never die or something? Well, that WOULD explain Zhane.
21. ...Did the Legendary Rangers just self-destruct?
22. In retrospect, though, the Legendary Battle itself WAS a little tacked on. The episode felt like it SHOULD have ended with the Emperor's defeat. The army of X-Borgs should have happened earlier, with the Legendary Rangers' explosion buying enough time for Troy and Orion to attack the Emperor. Still good, but it was honestly the weakest part of the episode.
