OOO Novel bugs me

akinoameSomething started bugging me last night, while I was tired and choking on my own phlegm. Because of course I only ever think of these things while tired and sick.
I think I've made my thoughts on the Heisei Kamen Rider novels clear: Namely that OOO makes no sense and Ryuki's does not exist ever in any timeline.
But something else bothered me about the OOO novel (beyond the wiki's mention that the little girl from Eiji's backstory is apparently engaged...at roughly 5) (and beyond Eiji's utter failure to understand that him using his powers to stop the war would only ESCALATE issues because each side would only assume the other had sent him and would get bigger and worse weapons because they felt they had to take out this enormous threat).
See, Ankh's story says that before his 10th Medal was taken, he existed as this dreamlike entity called the King of Birds. Which means that the other Greeed must have existed that way too. So Kazari would have been the King of Cats (or roughly, the Lion King), and Uva would have been the King of Insects.
Except that certain insects, namely eusocial members of the hymenoptera order, but also others like termites and certain beetles and apids, have a queen. Uva would be the Queen of Insects.
Which makes me kind of depressed that he wasn't a female character, in that case. Like, the exact same personality and style of dress, but a woman. That would have been interesting.
