Allergies day 3-4
Jan. 23rd, 2020 03:15 pmSo, in summary, my experience being off my allergy pill sucks. Last night, I was itchy all over my legs for no reason, which made it incredibly hard to fall asleep, and that was after I'd already been up really late. I woke up still itchy, and had a random itchy white bump show up on my thigh where it was the worst--these happen from time to time and look like they might be insect bites, except they go away after a while and don't get any bigger or turn red. So that was fun, waiting for that to go away. I've got a steroid cream that's honestly losing its potency, but I haven't been told I can't take that, so I put it on the bump. I'll have to try to go to bed early tonight so I can try to get to sleep after all of the itching. Maybe right after my shower or something. I have a meeting tomorrow at work that I'm not looking forward to, especially because it means I have to go outside the house, and Tuesday showed how bad that was on me. Now I've got even less of a tolerance. I've got some face masks that I'll be taking advantage of, trying to survive Friday and Saturday. But there may still be a chance that I'll go in and then have to leave early and call out Saturday. This whole thing is killing me.
I'll try some melatonin before bed too, since that at least won't affect the results of my test the way the diphenhydramine will.
